Senator Woelfel moved to amend the bill on page forty-four, section two, line twenty-one, after the semi-colon by inserting the word “and”;

On page forty-four, section two, lines twenty-two through twenty-four, by striking out all of paragraph (C) and relettering the remaining paragraphs;

On page fifty-one, section five, lines four through ten, by striking out all of subdivision (1) and renumbering the remaining subdivisions;

On pages fifty-nine, section seven, lines forty and forty-one by striking out the words “the president of the public institution of higher education,”;

And,

On page sixty, section seven, lines forty-five and forty-six by striking out the words “the institutional board of governors of a public institution of higher education,”.
